About The Position

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Customer Experience team. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer insights, survey design, data analysis, and project coordination. You'll help shape how we understand and improve the customer journey across our window and door buying experience.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with data sets and drawing insights from both numbers and narratives.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), or survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Passion for understanding customer needs and improving experiences.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, analytical, and conceptual skills.
3.0+ GPA

Responsibilities

Analyze customer survey results to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
Assist in drafting and refining survey questionnaires to ensure clarity and relevance.
Interpret both structured (quantitative) and unstructured (qualitative) data to generate actionable insights.
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
Support project management activities, including tracking timelines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer experience initiatives.
Contribute to customer journey mapping and experience improvement projects.
