The Sales graduate role at NWM provides an opportunity to develop a strong foundation in institutional sales within a global markets environment. Working closely with senior sales professional, trading desks, and product specialist, the graduate will support the delivery of market insights, trading ideas, and risk manage solution to core clients. The role offer exposure to a range of products, while building an understanding of how markets, client relationships and product comes together to service our core customers. Graduates will develop cores skills in market analysis, client engagement, and commercial thinking, while contributing to the day to day support of the sale franchise and helping strengthen client relationships.
