About The Position

Join Technical Systems Integration Inc. as a Key Personnel Range Scheduler supporting the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. You'll be the operational hub coordinating demolition ranges, training areas, and explosive safety compliance for 1,200+ EOD students annually. You will serve as the central coordinator, ensuring safe, efficient access to training ranges and explosive operations areas. Your scheduling expertise and safety vigilance directly enable the Navy's elite EOD training pipeline while maintaining zero-incident compliance with explosive safety standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in military range scheduling operations
  • 1+ year of experience with the Department of the Navy Shore Station Explosive Safety Compliance Program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

  • Schedule short and long-term demolition range and land and underwater training area requirements using the online Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE) Program on a daily basis
  • Liaise with Program Managers and Test Engineers at the Joint Test and Training Operations Control Center on Eglin Air Force Base to de-conflict land, sea, and air missions that could affect range requirements
  • Manage the Command's Land Mobile Radio (LMR) inventory of approximately 200 units, including check out/check in, delivery to Eglin AFB for frequency and channel loading/servicing, and replacement processes; conduct annual inventory and report results to the 96th Communications Squadron
  • Monitor the Command's Explosive Safety Self-Assessment and Explosive Safety Inspection checklist for recurring tasks; notify the Explosive Safety Officer (ESO) and appropriate staff of due dates via email and document completion
  • Assist the ESO in performing quarterly safety inspections of 11 Ready Service Lockers, eight Earth Covered Magazines, quarterly and annual safety inspections of four demolition ranges, and semi-annual Lightning Protection System inspections
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining and filing electronic and hardcopy correspondence, recording daily musters, coordinating reviews of Range Operations and Explosive Safety instructions and directives, and maintaining unescorted access lists for ammunition and explosive storage areas
  • Manage office supply stocks, submit requests for supplies and materials, and receive supplies and materials; inspect, accept, and sign for supplies and materials purchased through Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card Program
  • Monitor weather reports and issue watches and warnings for lightning within 30, 10, and five nautical miles; document lightning hold statistics in the Command Excel document
  • Perform as the Alternate Unit Frequency Manager, requesting Radio Frequency Authorizations from Eglin AFB for NSEOD equipment (LMRs, robots, electronic countermeasures)
  • Perform as the Alternate Motorcycle Safety Representative, requesting quotas for Motorcycle Safety courses, notifying students of quota and attendance requirements, and entering course completions in Enterprise Safety Application Management System
