About The Position
Work where golf history lives. The Country Club of North Carolina is hiring a Part-Time Range Attendant to help keep our driving range and practice areas looking sharp and running smoothly. This onsite role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and interacting with members in a professional, friendly setting. You'll be part of the daily rhythm of the club while supporting golfers, maintaining practice areas, and contributing to a first-class member experience alongside our Golf Operations team. Typically working Friday-Monday, 12pm-close. Requirements
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Comfort working outdoors and using range equipment
- Friendly, professional communication with members and guests
- A team-oriented mindset and interest in golf
Responsibilities
- Maintain the driving range, chipping, and bunker practice areas
- Pick up range balls, stock dispensers, and manage practice equipment
- Inspect and set up mats, tees, targets, and signage
- Assist members with equipment and range questions
- Monitor range activity for safety and proper etiquette
- Communicate maintenance or supply needs to Golf Operations
- Support events, clinics, and other golf operations as needed
