About The Position

The Driving Range Supervisor oversees the daily operation and presentation of the club’s practice facilities, delivering a refined, service-driven experience for members and guests. This role ensures the range is immaculately maintained, safely operated, and staffed to the club’s high standards.

Requirements

• Prior private club or golf operations experience preferred
• Strong leadership and hospitality skills
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and practice facility operations
• Ability to work outdoors with flexible availability

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests
• Enforce safety standards and club policies with discretion and professionalism
• Manage daily opening, closing, and operation of the driving range
• Maintain premium presentation of hitting stations, targets, and practice areas
• Oversee ball collection, washing, and inventory
• Supervise, train, and schedule range staff
• Assist in other areas of the operation when needed
