As a Raley’s Service Agent I (English/Spanish), you will provide customer service in a manner which increases customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and maximizes customer long-term value to Raley’s. In this role, you will work temporarily in the Raley’s Service Center and strive to provide polite and tactful responses to customer contacts by a variety of communication channels.

Requirements

  • Must have open availability 7 days/week from 8am-8pm
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Work is completed on-site at the Raley's Distribution Center
  • Discern issues and provide solutions.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software applications
  • Impressive telephone, email and social media etiquette
