About The Position

Requirements

Completion of a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) Program or Certificate Program with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, or Completion of a Radiologic Technology Associate’s Degree Program with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering student success.

Deliver a structured and comprehensive curriculum designed to achieve educational objectives.

Provide individualized support, tutoring, and mentorship to address diverse student needs.
Model professional behavior and industry standards to prepare students for real-world applications.
Utilize classroom and lab instruction, student assessment tools, and effective classroom management techniques to create an engaging educational experience.
Ensure students are provided with the necessary materials and instruction to meet course learning objectives.
Maintain instructional materials and equipment in proper working order and ensure they are ready for student use.
Participate in ongoing faculty assessment and professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and maintain required certifications and licensure.
Engage in meetings, analyze data, compile reports, and adhere to academic and administrative deadlines.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory guidelines, as well as internal policies.
Monitor and report student attendance to the registrar’s office promptly.
Prepare weekly lesson plans and adhere to syllabi to maintain course pacing requirements.
Strictly follow the school schedule and notify the director of any incidents or issues immediately.
Grade tests and submit grades to the registrar’s office in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms, laboratory areas, and faculty offices.
Arrive punctually to greet students and begin classes on time.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the academic mission.
