About Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital has proudly served residents across Southeast Michigan since 1953. With 632 beds, Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is a major teaching and research hospital and home to five residency programs and a cardiology fellowship in partnership with Wayne State University School of Medicine. Scope of Work Organizes schedules for modality employees, with manager being responsible for the accuracy of the schedule overall. Oversees day to day floor operations within the modality, monitors quality and direct team member education opportunities during these operations. Actively participates in the achievement and maintenance of patient satisfaction scores, by researching and resolving problems. Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned. Monitors and tracks education requirements for employees, as assigned. Assists employees in setting goals, employee performance improvement and initiating/delivering corrective action processes. Participates and aids in increasing employees satisfaction by researching and resolving problems. Provides the Supervisor/Manager input regarding employee performance. May be asked to participate in the interview process of new applicants May lead special projects assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in health care or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience as Radiographer Technologist Required
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required
  • Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
