About The Position

Perform tasks supporting radiologists’ interpretation of diagnostic imaging studies to improve efficiency and turnaround times. Facilitate and expedite radiology studies by monitoring workflow, prioritizing STAT and call-report exams, and coordinating study readiness. Communicate with referring physicians and clinic personnel on behalf of radiologists to obtain or relay patient and exam information. Manage radiology studies, reports, and data transfers while supporting QA and teleradiology system checks. Onsite or remote role (based on practice needs) requiring prolonged sitting or standing and the ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds.

Requirements

• Radiology and/or medical office experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Positive, cooperative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with hospital patient information systems and radiology workflows.
