Organization: HealthIT Specialty App Support Job Summary: The Application Analyst will support multiple radiology & cardiology healthcare products or applications including day-to-day operational issues, break/fix, configuration, maintenance, upgrades and on-call rotations under occasional guidance. Having exceptional customer service skills is a requirement. This position will be primarily on-site, which include regional hospitals and clinics including Clarksville, Nashville, Shelbyville, Tullahoma and others, with generally 1 hybrid work from home day a week.

Requirements

  • Experience working out in the field performing application or program support.
  • Strong customer service skills to support doctors, nurses and leadership teams (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Any experience or knowledge in supporting diagnostic workstations that run Sectra, PowerScribe, Provation or PACS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical and operational workflows.
  • Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
  • Supports clinical, administrative, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
