Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Intact senses of sight, hear, touch, smell and finger dexterity.
- Critical thinking and ability to concentrate.
- Able to respond quickly to change in patient and department conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Minimal knowledge of medical terminology, biology and human anatomy preferred.
- Familiarity with basic administrative procedures such as typing, answering telephones and filing.
Responsibilities
- Transports pediatric, adult and geriatric patients to and from the department.
- Processes diagnostic images to be interpreted by the radiologist.
