About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified and experienced Radiologic Technologist (Radiographer) for a 9-week assignment in Jamaica, NY. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong general radiography experience who are looking for a structured evening shift schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of general radiography experience
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist training program (Military training accepted)
- Current certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license
Nice To Haves
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Follow established protocols and radiation safety standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare staff
