Threat Tec, a leading provider of operational support and intelligence solutions, is seeking two (2) highly qualified Radio Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our team supporting the Marine Raider Training Center MARSOC SME FTE Support Program. This position requires on-site, full-time support with a focus on delivering expert-level knowledge in tactical radio operations, instruction, and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge in the operation, instruction, and evaluation of tactical radio systems.
  • Certified or experienced in United States Marine Corps (USMC) Basic Instructor Course.
  • Proficient in Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (MCISD-SATE) for curriculum development.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Internet Protocol (IP) computer network routing.
  • SECRET Security clearance is required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with the Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) or similar training environments.
  • Strong background in tactical communications and radio operations within a military context.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert instruction and evaluation of radio procedures, including field expedient antenna employment.
  • Operate and instruct on various tactical radios, including PYQ-10 SKL, KIK-11 TKL, AN/PRC-163 NGHH, AN/PRC-167 NGMP, AN/PRC-117G, and AN/PRC-160.
  • Apply United States Marine Corps (USMC) Basic Instructor Course Certification principles.
  • Utilize the Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (MCISD-SATE) model for curriculum development and instructional requirements.
  • Develop and deliver both formal and informal training curricula.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create training materials and documentation.
  • Demonstrate basic Internet Protocol (IP) computer network routing knowledge in support of radio operations.
