Full-time daylight schedule for work-life balance. $15,000 sign-on bonus What You’ll Do As a Radiation Therapist, you will: Deliver radiation treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Obtain localization images and assist with contrast administration. Perform measurements for treatment calculations and document simulation data. Requirements

  • Completion of a formal radiation therapy technology program in a JRCERT-accredited institution.
  • ARRT Registration in good standing or Board Eligibility within six months of hire. Must maintain 24 CEU's per Biennium as required for ARRT Certification and Licensure.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of beginning employment. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
  • ARRT Certificate
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver radiation treatments and simulations per physician prescription.
  • Monitor patients for reactions, reinforce education, and report concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure treatment quality and safety.
  • Assist with immobilization devices, shielding, radiosurgery, and brachytherapy.
  • Support regulatory compliance, HIPAA standards, and radiation safety protocols.
  • Complete annual competencies and participate in continuing education.
  • Perform daily/weekly equipment QA and report issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of care.
