Design and implement analog/mixed-signal circuits in advanced CMOS technology for integration in system-on-chip products; - understand how circuits work - develop and improve new and existing circuit solutions to simulate circuits - present and receive technical feedback at reviews • Design, model, document and communicate Analog IP to internal customers: o create specs - create circuit models to define package and pc board requirements • Characterize and debug analog designs for manufacturability: - develop circuit test plans o testing (individually or with the DVT group) - work alongside operations to test and do QA • Support system and field applications engineers: - answer internal and external customer questions • Understand system level architectural design of broadband communication SoCs: - participates in BU meetings to come up with solutions for specific products • Be able to work in a group setting: - share expertise to provide and receive feedback - opportunity to work on a wide variety of circuits - opportunity to interact with world-class experts in the Analog field to communicate technical issues - work with team members to resolve technical issues • Meet deadlines and schedules as part of a team effort - help estimate time to accomplish tasks - communicate progress regularly - identify and resolve schedule issues
