We are seeking a hands-on, cross-functional R&D Composites Engineer (Generalist) to join our Advanced Technology team, supporting new development projects. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for materials innovation, rapid prototyping, and getting ideas into real-world hardware. You will work across materials research, tooling, testing, and manufacturing development to accelerate breakthrough composite technologies. You will collaborate with various internal functional groups and outside entities, such as research institutions and suppliers. The engineer should be self-driven, resourceful and highly collaborative. An ability to manage multiple projects within time constraints is required.
