About The Position

Quoting and Support Specialist is key in supporting the sales and operations teams by preparing accurate and timely quotations, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring a smooth quoting process. The ideal candidate has extensive bus knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, quoting, or a related role
  • 4+ years of experience in bus service or operations industry
  • Strong knowledge of quoting processes, pricing guidelines, and sales support best
  • Proficient in using CRM systems g. Hubspot and quoting software eg. Excede
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review specifications and determine accurate part/labor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast – paced
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate quotes to sales based on pricing guidelines, customer specifications, and product/service
  • Review and interpret sales inquiries and quote requests to determine quoting
  • Provide timely responses to sales questions regarding pricing, part options, and product/service
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and production engineering teams to ensure quotes align with internal capabilities and customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update quote records, canned jobs and pricing files
  • Create and manage canned jobs in Excede
  • Identify opportunities to improve quoting accuracy, speed, and customer
  • Manage Hubspot quote tickets and complete assigned tasks
  • Assist in parts procurement and pricing for specialty jobs by coordinating closely with Purchasing
