About The Position

We are seeking a driven and analytical Quote Specialist to identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer service and working capital goals.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery performance across our supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experience
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High sense of urgency and customer commitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Obtain timely supplier quotations to support Sales inquiries and new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate system records within ERP
• Evaluate and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and delivery performance
• Drive continuous improvement through vendor management and performance tracking
• Negotiate terms including pricing, delivery, freight, and service levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Accounting, Operations, and Purchasing
• Adhere to ISO procedures, Work Instructions, and Standard Procedures
