About The Position

Position Summary The primary function of the Quote Specialist is to provide pricing solutions to GMS customers based on preset pricing levels which are conveyed to the customers through our quote system. The quote specialist is responsible for tracking projects through our tracking system with the assistance of job source generation companies and our sales team. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate records regarding projects and our win loss ratio. Produce customer quotes quickly and accurately. Track projects and keep the project information current. Work with outside sales and become a liaison to coordinate sales and special job pricing. Communicate and help implement pricing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to stay organized and complete quotes paying attention to detail and self-checking projects.

  • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement.
