WOM leverages its four decades-strong design, engineering, and manufacturing expertise with an agile, solutions-driven approach to answer your most challenging equipment needs involving: Flow Control Pressure Containment Hydraulic Fracturing Subsea Production We are seeking a Quotes Specialist for Wellhead and Xmas Tree Equipment to join our team in Southwest Houston. This role focuses on leveraging sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products, lines, or services. The ideal candidate will analyze business development and identify opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project quotations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Wellhead equipment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage quotes to support sales objectives.
  • Use forecasting and planning tools to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and business developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute timely responses for project tenders and follow-up for clarification requests.
  • Engage planning and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide dedicated support to the Account Managers and Outside Sales team.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
