About The Position

The Quote Processing Specialist will provide outstanding customer service and support for our sales team as well as our customers. This role will be responsible for processing quotes within the set policies and guidelines, fostering a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of sales related customer service tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent communication both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Office skills and knowledge (data entry)
• Prior experience utilizing an ERP system
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Responsibilities

• Quote order Entry
• Provided pricing and availability of our products to customers
• Supporting a team by generating quotes
• Ensure product availability and delivery lead times from vendors or product team
• Establish suggested price based on established pricing models
• Ensure quotes have the quickest possible turnaround time
• Must be able to manage multiple quotes simultaneously and meet expected timelines
• Phone calls to vendors/customers are necessary in some cases
• Indirectly responsible for product quality
• Other duties as assigned
