About The Position

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team. We are seeking a full-time Quick Lube Technician to join our service department. In this role, you’ll perform routine vehicle maintenance and basic repairs with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a lube tech or general automotive service role preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Dependable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks
- Inspect and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic components
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify any additional service needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all services are completed according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
