About The Position

As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and care of our customers' vehicles. You will be responsible for oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Requirements

Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role preferred
Entry-level friendly – willingness to learn and grow
Must have tools required to perform services
Ability to lift and install tires
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Ability to pass a background check
Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

Technical or vocational training a plus
ASE or similar certification is a bonus

Responsibilities

Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to service advisors
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Assist other technicians and service personnel as needed
Stay current with industry trends and training
