Join our Dahl Automotive team as a Quick Lane Advisor at our state-of-the-art 10-bay Quick Lane facility located in Onalaska, WI! In this fast-paced role, you will greet guests coming in for oil changes and quick maintenance on their vehicles. Work with our Quick Lane Technician team to provide guests with a timely, helpful experience with their light maintenance needs. We seek a candidate with a passion for customer service, and someone who is able to juggle multiple tasks at any given time. A positive attitude and organizational skills are a must!

Requirements

Responsibilities

Write Quick Lane service orders and help monitor workflow of the Quick Lane.
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Answer basic technical questions about vehicle problems and repairs, with help from the technician team when needed.
Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
Effectively help in managing the Quick Lane schedule to ensure accurate wait times are provided to guests.
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain good working relationship with technicians and other service team members.
