As a Quantitative User Experience Researcher (Quant UXR), you'll play a lead role in helping partners in UX, product management, and technology understand user needs and behaviors. Your work will generate essential inputs for designing useful, usable products that meet and exceed user needs. You'll work with stakeholders across all functions and levels and influence all stages of product development. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of how to gather, analyze and make sense of UX data to better understand behavior, and can work independently to scope, design, execute, analyze, and report quantitative research studies. Collaborating with our Qualitative researchers, you'll modify intercept surveys as needed, and develop a recursive research strategy. Our Quant UXRs use methods and tools that include survey research, in-product intercepts, behavioral analytics, regression analysis, clustering models, text IQ, and logs analysis. Most importantly, you should bex skilled in designing intercept studies in Qualtrics, including setting the intercept logic, managing cookie preferences, developing workflows, and creating engaging Qualtrics dashboards for Product Managers.
