About The Position
Medicoil is growing and looking to add a detail-oriented Quality Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift. This role is key to ensuring our products meet high quality standards. If you have quality inspection experience and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, we’d love to connect.
Requirements
- Quality inspection experience in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Conduct visual, optical, and dimensional inspections
- Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify specifications
- Complete SPC charting and maintain accurate inspection records
- Document results clearly and assist with inspection documentation
- Identify and report non-conforming materials
- Support troubleshooting of inspection and testing results
- Follow ISO 13485 standards and internal procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
