What You’ll Do Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) Verify tolerances and document inspection results Support root cause investigations and corrective actions Assist with internal audits and quality documentation Maintain inspection equipment calibration records Support ISO/AS quality standards (if applicable) Promote 5S and quality-first mindset on the floor What You Bring Education & Experience 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing Experience in CNC machining or aluminum manufacturing preferred Ability to read blueprints and GD&T preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with ERP systems (Global Shop or similar a plus) Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with production teams Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team environment Commitment to safety and quality standards Benefits Multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options with employer contributions Voluntary benefits: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, legal insurance, identity theft protection Company-paid and voluntary life insurance Short- and long-term disability Fitness reimbursements and wellness programs 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement Paid time off and holidays Pet insurance options Pay Range A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $24- $28 USD. Requirements

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with production teams
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience in CNC machining or aluminum manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Global Shop or similar a plus)
