About The Position
CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on product quality assurance, non-conformance handling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing/production environment
- ITAR Compliant Required - Candidates must be compliant with ITAR requirements and be US citizens or nationals.
Nice To Haves
- Quality Control experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Experience interpreting procedures and work instructions
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality and compliance with established requirements
- Review and release product and material documentation
- Disposition non-conforming materials and manage related transactions
- Maintain accurate and timely quality data in systems
- Support containment and corrective action initiatives
- Monitor and report quality metrics
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams
- Drive process discipline and continuous improvement efforts
