In this role, you’ll: Protect the integrity of our products and processes Help reduce scrap and improve efficiency Be a key voice between production, engineering, and quality Your work directly impacts customer trust and operational success. What You’ll Be Doing Dispositioning scrap and tracking it in our ERP system Creating and analyzing scrap reports to identify trends Performing receiving inspections and approving parts for shipment Completing product and process audits to ensure compliance Supporting documentation updates and creating clear work instructions Jumping in where needed—because quality touches everything You’re not just inspecting—you’re helping us continuously improve. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organization, communication, and adaptability
