HSA with company contribution Monthly bonus (possibility of up to 11%) 10 paid vacation days (prorated first calendar year) Paid personal days 11 paid holidays Annual merit increases Opportunity for overtime hours/shifts Education Tuition Assistance Available Shift: 2nd shift: 3:00pm -11:30pm Monday - Friday (Starting pay for this role is $24.95 + $1.00 shift premium) Essential Responsibilities: -Performs periodic documented testing of materials, both manufactured and purchased – including material trials and retesting, to quality specifications -Records quality test results, communicates results, issues quality alerts and deviations as needed, in a timely manner -Monitor and analyze test data, identify trends in data and communicate to supervisor and manufacturing engineers as needed; Statistical Process Control (SPC) -Performs periodic reviews of testing standard work and recommends any needed changes -Perform SAP transactions needed to place material in/out of quality hold and quarantine/label nonconforming material -Support Product Teams -Maintain Quality and Processes -Conduct material testing, including performance testing -Communicate test results clearly and concisely in a timely manner -Reviews incoming material certificates of analysis (COA’s) on an audit basis for compliance to specifications and records audit results -Monitors quality standards of manufactured materials -Complete needed equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance; communicate any calibration concerns -Program testing equipment for new part additions. This includes the Instron testing equipment as well as Keyence, Hexagon, MTS equipment, Alpha testing equipment as needed Basic Qualifications: 2 years manufacturing experience 1 year SAP experience Top candidates will also have: Strong communication skills, both oral and written Works well with others, especially during high stress situations and at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiar with CQMS/ISO certification, especially calibration, document control, internal auditing Self-starter, able to work independently Experience with Infinity SPC system Experience using and programming testing equipment; Instron, Alpha, Keyence Image Measurement, Hexagon CMM, 3D scanning, MTS test equipment What to Expect After Applying: Applicants that meet the qualifications will receive a call from our talent acquisition team to talk through your qualifications and answer questions you may have. Requirements

  • 2 years manufacturing experience
  • 1 year SAP experience
