The Quality Systems Program Manager will drive the governance and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) Simplification Program within Enterprise Core Quality Services (CQS). This role is responsible for leading program activities, monitoring performance metrics, facilitating meetings, and managing key projects to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of work experience in Quality and/or experience in a regulated industry OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of work experience in Quality and/or experience in a regulated industry

Nice To Haves

  • Program Management certification
  • Black Belt certification desired.

Responsibilities

  • Promote global standardization and best practice sharing to support the company’s mission worldwide.
  • Oversee governance of the QMS Simplification Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead strategic planning with the Core Team and Process Leaders ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Represent CQS in OU/Enterprise Quality Leaders team meetings; collaborate with peers across sites and Operating Units on global quality initiatives; and work closely with other MDT sites on shared quality concerns.
  • Generate, monitor, and analyse program metrics to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain scorecards and reporting tools to communicate program performance to stakeholders.
  • Project manage assigned QMS workstreams, as directed by the CQS Director.
  • Lead Kaizen events to drive process improvement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Work directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.
  • Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
  • Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
  • Prepare reports and/or necessary documentation (ex. Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provide to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ensure the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
  • Facilitate uniform standards worldwide and enable best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.
