Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
- To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Arlington, TX branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified candidates with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in manufacturing, quality, or metrology
- Familiarity with measurement tools or engineering lab work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Learn and support manufacturing inspection processes across production operations
- Perform hands-on measurement using precision tools, including:
- Assist in verifying product quality and compliance with specifications
- Support Calibration Laboratory activities, including:
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with quality standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality system requirements
- Collaborate with quality technicians, inspectors, and engineers
