About The Position

We are seeking a Quality Team Member Specialist who is fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required) to support quality assurance activities within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role supports daily quality operations, inspections, documentation, and communication between Korean-speaking leadership and plant teams to ensure product quality and compliance with customer and company standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work on the production floor in a manufacturing environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive manufacturing experience (assembly, welding, inspection)
• 2+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or automotive production
• Experience supporting Korean leadership or global manufacturing organizations
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO standards, or quality systems

Responsibilities

• Support daily quality inspections and audits on the production floor
• Assist with quality documentation, reports, and records
• Translate and communicate quality requirements, procedures, and instructions between Korean- and English-speaking teams
• Support containment activities, corrective actions, and root cause investigations
• Assist with training and communication of quality standards and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies, customer requirements, and safety standards
