About The Position

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist who is fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required) to support logistics and materials operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role supports daily shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination and serves as a communication link between Korean-speaking leadership, suppliers, and plant teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive manufacturing or supplier experience
• Experience supporting Korean leadership or global manufacturing organizations
• Knowledge of inventory control, SAP systems, or material planning
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, materials, or manufacturing operations

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and materials operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination
• Communicate and translate logistics-related information between Korean- and English-speaking teams and suppliers
• Assist with production material flow to support on-time delivery and production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and reconciliation activities
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and logistics efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and logistics procedures
