About The Position

Intelex is a global leader in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) management software. As part of our EHSQ Center of Excellence (COE) , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Intelex brings Quality Management solutions to market. You’ll work at the intersection of customers, sales, marketing, and product , influencing strategy, driving adoption, and helping organizations improve quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. This role offers visibility, impact, and the opportunity to be recognized as a Quality thought leader —both internally and across the industry.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience as a Quality practitioner within relevant industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management concepts and processes (e.g., ISO 9001, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, document control).
  • Proven ability to engage clients in a consultative, trusted‑advisor capacity .
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product, or customer‑facing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or enabling enterprise software sales.
  • Exposure to SaaS or EHSQ software platforms.
  • Public speaking or thought leadership experience (e.g., webinars, conferences).

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Quality Consulting Act as a Quality Management subject matter expert , supporting customers, prospects, and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Services, and Customer Success.
  • Partner with customers to understand their Quality challenges and goals, providing practical recommendations to improve processes, compliance, and outcomes using Intelex software.
  • Analyze customer processes, systems, and data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre‑Sales teams to support pipeline growth and deal execution.
  • Lead or support discovery sessions, needs assessments, and solution positioning aligned to customer Quality objectives.
  • Deliver software demonstrations and solution walkthroughs that clearly articulate business value.
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials, including industry use cases, personas, playbooks, and training.
  • Support the development of ROI models and business cases for Intelex solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns that position Intelex as a leader in Quality Management.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership content such as webinars, presentations, articles, and customer stories.
  • Participate in customer councils, roadshows, and roundtable discussions.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers, Sales, and Product teams by capturing feedback and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Stay current on Quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001) and emerging industry trends.
  • Support proof‑of-concept initiatives and innovative solutions that differentiate Intelex in the market.
  • Identify ecosystem partners that enhance customer value and strengthen Intelex’s market position.
  • Design and deliver internal and external training on Quality best practices and effective use of Intelex solutions.
  • Share success stories, lessons learned, and innovative approaches across teams.
  • Represent Intelex at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by bringing forward customer insights, market trends, and industry feedback.
