The Quality Program Manager leads quality initiatives that improve performance and ensure consistent standards across the organization. This role requires strong organization, clear communication up and down the organization, and the ability to influence cross‑functional partners. The position relies on analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends, drive improvement, and ensure quality programs deliver measurable results. This is an on-site position. The Quality Program Manager (QPM) is responsible for facilitating and managing the development and oversight of an organizational model and governance structure for the BJC quality program. The QPM will work in collaboration with the Center for Clinical Excellence (CCE) and BJC stakeholders to consistently promote quality improvement methodologies, identify areas for improvement, establish multidisciplinary work teams, develop analytic structures and processes for measuring reporting, and communicate quantifiable results. The QPM acts as a thought leader in identifying opportunities across BJC to develop intervention strategies for quality improvements and helps facilitate the appropriate conversations and leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate and address identified areas of concern. The QPM will also be responsible for ensuring the appropriate evaluation and reporting of quality metrics to ensure alignment with contracts and reimbursement programs
