Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent professional experience in project controls or construction may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 10–15 years of demonstrated experience managing capital projects and portfolios, with a strong track record of successful delivery; experience with Massachusetts public bidding laws preferred.
  • Strong technical and systems aptitude, including working knowledge of project management and financial information systems.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to work productively with stakeholders across diverse backgrounds, roles, and levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive‑level visibility by synthesizing cost, schedule, risk, and performance data across the capital portfolio into clear insights that support timely, strategic decision‑making.
  • Bring discipline and consistency to capital delivery through standardized financial controls, change management frameworks, and integrated budget‑schedule reporting.
  • Translate data into action by developing dashboards, KPIs, and reports that surface trends, flag risks early, and optimize the use of capital resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement by modernizing systems, strengthening data quality, collaborating across teams, and advancing portfolio controls toward greater transparency and efficiency.
