We are seeking a dedicated Quality Performance Lead to lead auditing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives for our General Liability and Auto Claims team on a national level. This role will ensure quality file handling, regulatory compliance, and technical accuracy, particularly on high-severity and complex exposures claims. The ideal candidate will have deep claims expertise, a passion for training and development, and a strong commitment to excellence. This role will be split 50/50- 50% of time to support a dedicated client, 50% assisting Quality Team. This role is 100% remote.
