Duties and Key Responsibilities Facilitate and maintain the document management system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all policies, procedures, forms, and order sets. Support NIAHO audits as an ISO expert, ensuring adherence to standards and documentation requirements. Provide clerical support scheduling meetings, setting reminders, and preparing materials for the Director of Risk and Quality and the VP of Quality and Physician Practices. Scribe meeting minutes as requested and maintain accurate records of discussions and decisions. Act as an expert resource for GLHS staff in Microsoft Office and related programs, offering training and support as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and projects. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Perform data entry and maintain databases related to quality metrics and reporting. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for management. Facilitate the review and maintenance of Medical Staff approval for Order Sets. Manage the conference room schedule, ensuring appropriate allocation for meetings. Manage timekeeping for the Performance Improvement Department, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of hours. Provide notary services for the organization. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Requirements Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Must have ability to edit, proofread, and compose written materials such as memos, letters, policies and procedures, and forms. Requires concentration on several tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills. Two to five years secretarial / clerical experience preferred Education/Certifications Work requires knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a high school education. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other related programs and must possess excellent typing skills. Must have excellent organizational skills. Experience Two to five years secretarial / clerical experience preferred.
