Under the direction of the Quality Manager & Patient Safety Officer, this role shares accountability for quality and safety system outcomes with Service Line/Value Stream (SL/VS) leadership teams by performing data surveillance and analysis and leading quality & safety improvement initiatives aligned with System and SL/VS leaders’ quality goals.
