The Quality Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Quality-side of the business including (but not limited to): maintenance of quality-related records, supporting audits, etc. Shift/Schedule: Standard 1st shift M-F. Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in Quality, Industrial or Process Engineering or a related Engineering field
  • 5+ years in a quality management position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, budgets, and stakeholder communication

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025) and internal audit techniques
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, QEP, CEP, CQE, CQA)
  • Experience with quality improvement tools and statistical analysis
  • Background in sustainability initiatives and environmental protection strategies
  • Project management experience, particularly with capital projects

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with ISO 17025 Quality Management System requirements
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, including value stream mapping and Kaizen events
  • Track and report project progress to stakeholders
  • Provide training on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement through internal audits, corrective actions, and follow-up verifications
  • Collaborate with management to prepare quality management review reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
