About The Position

The Quality Manager is responsible for ownership, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System. This role serves as the primary authority for ISO 9001 and UL compliance and provides hands-on leadership across quality assurance, inspection, testing, documentation, supplier quality, and corrective action activities. Given the organization’s lean structure, this position is both strategic and operational, working directly with Operations, Engineering, Production, and Service to stabilize processes, improve consistency, and reduce quality-related risk. The Quality Manager works closely with the Operations Manager and production leadership team. In the absence of dedicated training or safety management roles, this position is expected to provide guidance, structure, and support in these areas as they relate to quality, compliance, and process control.

  • Develop and deliver quality-related training to production leads and new employees.
  • Partner with Operations to improve production control, workflow discipline, and process consistency.
