Job Responsibilities: POSITION OVERVIEW · Supports Quality Department with various quality control programs. · Manage Assigned Engineering projects and conduct DOEs · Aid in benchmarking and enhancing the abilities in quality functions. · Research and teach different skill sets that would leave the Quality group better than you found it. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist with monitoring, testing, and inspecting parts and material to make sure they meet specified standards. · Supports application of customer-specific standards and requirements · Supports calibration and gauge studies for fixtures and manufactured parts · Reviews statistical data and product specifications QUALIFICATIONS: · Some related experience preferred · Highly motivated to work, learn, and teach. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE · High School Diploma · Currently Attending a College or University SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS: · Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Professional Communication skills (written and verbal) · Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology. PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT: · Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
