Requirements
- Experience working as a Quality Inspector within plastics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of components
- Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Perform testing to verify material strength and product quality
- Identify non-conforming products and support corrective actions
- Maintain detailed inspection records and quality documentation
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
- Assist with updating quality procedures and training production staff
