Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality assurance training preferred.
Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably within manufacturing or fastener industries.
Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO, ASTM, or industry-specific specifications.
Proficiency with measurement and inspection tools.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inspection documentation software.
Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift/move 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of fasteners and related components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions.
Perform non-destructive testing and other quality assurance procedures as required.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
Participate in internal audits and support external quality certifications.
Identify and report non-conformances, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary starting at $17.50/hr with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months.
