About The Position

The Position Title contributes to AHF by leveraging their experience, skills, education, and comprehensive understanding of the Ryan White Care Act Program within their specific service area. You will bring the essence of the Ryan White Care Act—the safety net for uninsured HIV/AIDS patients—to our most vulnerable population. The RWQIM's activities are continuous and crucial in enhancing client care, health outcomes, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the CQM committees, staff, and funders; developing, implementing, and monitoring QI plans; measuring performance; aligning with RWHAP Parts in the service area; and data utilization and interpretation for clinical quality management. You will collaborate with the AHF IT Department to ensure the validity of data and the development and maintenance of internal reports. The Position Title enhances the reputation of AHF by submitting periodic reports to funders. You will participate in local and national quality improvement collaboratives as requested. You champion consumer involvement by magnifying the voices of people with lived experience through surveys, client advisory boards, and focus groups. . AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Position Title will work as a part of a close-knit team to interact with healthcare providers and ancillary staff within the healthcare center, supporting AHF’s value of radical cooperation. Your work is essential and a significant contributor to AHF’s success in meeting the deliverables of our Ryan White contract. It will also contribute to meeting measures established by the HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) Measures, the Department of Health and Human Services, and locally defined Ryan White Program performance measures.
