The Quality Improvement and Compliance Network staff assist with supporting the operational and clinical aspects of North Range Behavioral Health. This position requires the use of independent judgment, originality, and the application of support, technical, and human relations skills as they relate to process improvement activities and data/reports to meet quality and compliance-related requirements. Assists the team with maintaining and monitoring quality improvement systems and clinical documentation standards across the organization. Will assist in improvements as needed. Staff assist the Quality/Compliance Network with project tasks and assignments. Report results to oversight bodies as directed. Quality Improvement is the foundational component utilized in the evaluation of behavioral health services within North Range Behavioral Health. The philosophy is embedded in practice by adopting quality assistance and a user-friendly approach that emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and systemic changes. The outcome of quality is to provide customers with a wide array of quality, cost-effective, and efficient services that improve the health, safety, and well-being of individuals within the community.
