The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating and rigorously evaluating performance improvement activities. This role manages a diverse portfolio of projects in support of divisional and departmental quality and performance improvement initiatives. The Project Manager applies strong technical skills to identify data needs, design data collection tools and reports, query data from various repositories, and validate, analyze, and summarize trends. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate interdisciplinary teams and provide expert guidance and mentoring on performance improvement to individuals and groups. This role may also include managing the full life cycle of grants and contract opportunities that support this work. This is a hybrid role, scheduled for 40 hours per week.
