Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute to the promotion of continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a hands-on, mechanically minded approach and the ability to engage directly with site personnel.
  • Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental principles, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental protection.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with QHSE and x-functions teams
  • Ability to collect, track and analyze data related to functional performance metrics with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Pursuing a degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Protection, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance QHSE and Sustainability programs
  • Assist with developing new initiatives
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data from QHSE reports (Safety Metrics, Good Catch, Safety Leader Walks, Quality 360, waste and sustainability reports)
  • Partner with functional leaders to drive continuous program improvements
  • Assist with planning and execution of major initiatives such as Safety Week and Quality Day
  • Support ongoing QHSE activities, including Monthly HSE Meetings, Safety Pauses, and HSE/Quality Alerts
  • Review and identify improvement opportunities within QHSE training programs
  • Promote the “We All Take Care” (WATC) Award program and coordinate cross-functional planning for 2026 project submissions
