About The Position

ATSI is seeking a motivated QFP to provide quality management support to the 102 Infrastructure Division at NSWC Crane in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The selected candidate must obtain full NSWC Crane QFP certification within 18 months of appointment and is expected to begin performance with a foundational understanding of ISO 9001:2015.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a business or technical field
  • 7-10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
  • Foundational knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
  • Experience in quality management or documentation control
  • ISO Lead Auditor training or certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage workload after 18 months
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Support the Division Head and Quality Management Office through participation in corporate quality forums, meetings, and initiatives
  • Develop, maintain, and control quality documents, SOPs, and the quality document master list; serve as Document Custodian as required
  • Develop and maintain the organizational Quality Plan ensuring full ISO 9001 compliance
  • Manage records throughout their full lifecycle using the Corporate Document Management System
  • Support continuous improvement (CI) events as both participant and lead, applying PDCA, 6S, and Lean methodologies
  • Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics; serve as point of contact for the organization's measurement program
  • Track audit findings, self-assessments, and improvement initiatives in the Crane Action Management System (CAMS)
  • Support the division risk management program, including documentation, disposition, and Risk Management Board operations
  • Develop and deliver training and educational materials across multiple organizational levels
